Chapel Woods Homes

Our clubhouse is available for residents to use for parties and family gatherings.

Deposit: $200 (No damages, refundable.)

Rental fee: $50

Reservations must be made by an adult resident, in advance, by calling the office at (816) 741-9340. The adult resident renting must be present for the duration of the rental period. The Board reserves the right to withhold reservations if activity involves risk to Chapel Woods.

Minors are prohibited to be in the possesion of alcoholic beverages on Chapel Woods property. Violators will be reported to the police.
The Board may cancel an activity if weather conditions are such that parking on Chapel Woods Lane would be hazardous to guests or residents.
Renting resident is responsible for any disturbance, noise or conduct of guests which will affects Chapel Woods residents.

Renting resident is liable for any and all damages or losses to the Clubhouse, furnishings or premise while they are in possession of the Clubhouse key. Do not use tape, tacks or anything that will mar the walls, doors or woodwork.

Clubhouse key will be given and returned at times arranged with the Office Manager for inspections both before and after use.

If your plans change after making a reservation and you will no be using the Clubhouse, please notify the office of your cancellation as soon as possible in order to make the facility available for other residents.
