1. Pool hours are 11:00 A.M. to 9:00 P.M. 2. CHILDREN (under 12) MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY A PARENT OR LEGAL GUARDIAN AT ALL TIMES. 3. Residents not in good standing with the Association attempting to enter or to gain access to the pool area will be considered trespassing on private property. 4. Children in diapers must wear a pool panty or a plastic liner under swimsuits instead of a disposable diaper. 5. No profanity, vulgar or extremely loud or obnoxious language or behavior will be permitted. 6. No running or diving. Never swim alone. 7. No glass containers or food are allowed in the pool area. Kansas City Pool Inspectors can cite violators and close our pool for two weeks. 8. No smoking inside the fence to the pool. 9. No alcoholic beverages are allowed in the pool area. 10. Exit the pool area immediately at the first sign of lightening or other severe weather. 11. No electrical appliances are allowed around the pool area. 12. No cut-off shorts are allowed in the pool. 13. The pool is not available for private parties. 14. No pets are allowed in the pool area. 15. Any exceptions must be cleared by the CWHOA board. If you see a child or adolescent misbehaving or breaking the rules please get their name and escort them out of the pool area. If you see any adults breaking the rules or the law, call Northland Patrol at 816-234-5540. If you feel threatened call 911. The CWHOA pool is private property. |
